Digital Realty is seeking an Implementation Services Coordinator to drive complex customer and internal projects in our data center environment. You will act as the technical and operational anchor, ensuring installations are delivered on time and within scope, while collaborating with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

You will coordinate tests, commissioning, and hand-over to operations, supporting issue resolution and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of data center experience or in a technical implementation role.
• Experience supporting installation, commissioning, or infrastructure-related projects.
• Fluent in German and good English skills.

• Acts as primary point of contact for suppliers/sub-contractors to coordinate the execution of implementation activities.
• Supports testing and commissioning of installations and contributes to final approvals.
• Completes work order related documentation and performs system updates per DLR policies.
• Adapts standard project plans and supports milestone management to address resource and operational challenges.
• Coordinates the hand-over process towards internal stakeholders, primarily with Site Management.
• Acts as a point of contact for stakeholders to evaluate and support optimization of future requests.
• Supports knowledge sharing and onboarding of colleagues.
• Executes other tasks and project-related assignments as directed by the Manager Implementation Services Engineers.

About the Role

The Implementation Services Coordinator (m/f/d) is responsible for the execution of complex customer and internal implementation projects within our data center environment. You will ensure that installations are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards while working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.

In this role, you act as the technical and operational anchor during project delivery, driving smooth execution, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless handover into operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Acts as primary point of contact for suppliers / sub-contractors to coordinate the execution of implementation activities and support resolution of technical and operational issues during implementation.
• Supports testing and commissioning of installations and contributes to final approvals.
• Completes work order related documentation and performs system updates in accordance with DLR policies and procedures.
• Adapts standard project plans and supports milestone management to address resource and operational challenges.
• Coordinates the hand-over process towards internal stakeholders (primarily with the Site Management team).
• Acts as a point of contact for stakeholders to evaluate and support optimization of future requests.
• Supports knowledge sharing and onboarding of colleagues.
• Executes other tasks and project-related assignments as directed by the Manager Implementation Services Engineers.

Your Profile

• Technical degree or vocational training in a technical field (e.g. electrical engineering); a master craftsman qualification is an advantage
• Several years of experience in data center environments or in a technical implementation role
• Experience supporting installation, commissioning, or infrastructure-related projects
• Basic understanding of project coordination and execution
• Experience working with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Structured way of working and attention to detail
• Fluent in German and good English skills
