• Anticipate project challenges by proactively managing risks and applying innovative solutions to maintain momentum
• Oversee financial management including budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and contract negotiations to support business growth
• Foster a safety-first culture that upholds rigorous governance and compliance with all relevant construction standards and regulations
• Inspire and develop high-performing teams by modeling collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning behaviors
• Leverage market insights and emerging trends to guide strategic decisions and promote a culture of innovation across construction operations

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, supported by extensive leadership experience in data center or infrastructure construction
• Demonstrated success managing complex construction projects with significant budgetary and operational responsibility
• Proven experience leading internal teams and external partners/vendors in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Deep knowledge of construction methods, industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and data center infrastructure systems
• Exceptional leadership and influencing skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships
• Strategic mindset combined with pragmatic, decisive problem-solving capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in project management systems and digital construction tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English and German (mandatory)
