Digital Realty is seeking a Construction Manager in Frankfurt to drive data center and related infrastructure projects from inception to completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, safety, and quality while coordinating a wide network of contractors and suppliers.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management, ideally within data centers, mission-critical facilities, or complex infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience delivering construction projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, contract administration, and risk management.
• Experience coordinating contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Electrical systems (HV / MV) and building services infrastructure.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or construction management.
• Fluent English communication skills required
• German is nice to have

Job Description

As a Construction Manager at Digital Realty, you will support the successful delivery of mission-critical data center & infrastructure (e.g. substation) construction projects across the full project lifecycle. From new builds and fit-outs to infrastructure upgrades and campus expansions, you will help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
