Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks an experienced technical onboarding engineer to lead complex deployments for enterprise customers. You will own end-to-end onboarding, including MDM, SCIM, SSO, and ActivConnect, while serving as the primary escalation point for Level I issues.

You will guide customers through agent deployments across Jamf, Intune, Workspace ONE, Kandji, and Hexnode, and collaborate with Solutions and Engineering to resolve escalations. Strong scripting and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune, Workspace ONE).
• Working knowledge of macOS PPPC/TCC and enterprise Mac deployment.
• Scripting for diagnostics and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Experience with identity and directory systems (Azure AD/Entra ID, SCIM, SSO/SAML).
• Clear written and verbal communicator.
• Mentorship and documenting enablement steps.

• Write and maintain technical runbooks, escalation guides, and deployment playbooks.
• Identify recurring friction points and surface product gaps or process improvements.
• Lead or support one-to-many technical enablement sessions on advanced topics.
• Partner with CSMs and Solutions to scope technically complex accounts before onboarding.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role: implementation engineer, technical account manager, solutions engineer (post-sales), IT consultant, or similar
• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune, Workspace ONE, or equivalent)
• Working knowledge of macOS PPPC/TCC and enterprise Mac deployment
• Comfortable with scripting - PowerShell, Bash, or Python for diagnostics and automation
• Experience with identity and directory systems: Azure AD / Entra ID, SCIM, SSO / SAML
• Familiarity with data integration concepts (BigQuery, Analytics Hub, or similar) is a strong plus
• Clear written and verbal communicator - able to explain technical decisions to both IT admins and business stakeholders
• Track record of helping less experienced teammates through documentation, mentorship, or structured escalation
