Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Systems Engineer to lead development and optimization of Nexthink capabilities, delivering telemetry-driven insights for device health, performance, connectivity, and employee experience.

You will analyze Windows and macOS endpoints, design automated remediation, create investigations, dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational effectiveness while ensuring security and governance alignment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in IT or related field.
• Four or more years of experience in systems engineering, endpoint engineering, end-user computing, or related technical discipline.
• Experience supporting enterprise Windows and macOS mixed-device environments.
• Experience with endpoint management technologies (Intune, JAMF, Entra ID) and IT service management processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technology issues using telemetry, monitoring tools, logs, or operational data.
• Experience developing automation using PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and support teams.

• Lead development and optimization of capabilities within the Nexthink platform
• Design and deliver telemetry-driven solutions for device health, application performance, connectivity, and employee experience
• Analyze Windows and macOS endpoint data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
• Develop automated remediation solutions to reduce manual support effort and improve user productivity
• Create and maintain Nexthink investigations, remote actions, workflows, campaigns, alerts, and dashboards
• Implement proactive monitoring strategies to identify emerging technology issues before widespread incidents
• Integrate ServiceNow with Nexthink for data enrichment and ticket creation
• Evaluate automation, self-service, and engineering improvements to enhance operational effectiveness
• Partner with endpoint engineering, collaboration services, and support teams on complex technology challenges
• Use employee feedback and endpoint telemetry to assess the digital employee experience
• Contribute to technical documentation, standards, and knowledge-sharing efforts
• Provide guidance and mentoring to support professionals and developing engineers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Four or more years of experience in systems engineering, endpoint engineering, end-user computing, infrastructure operations, or a related technical discipline
• Experience supporting enterprise Windows and macOS mixed-device environments
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), or related endpoint management technologies
• Experience troubleshooting complex technology issues using endpoint telemetry, system monitoring tools, logs, or operational data
• Experience with endpoint management, systems administration, or workflow orchestration
• Experience developing automation using PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages
• Experience with IT service management processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, or Request Management
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and support teams to deliver technical solutions
• Curiosity and adaptability in learning and responsibly applying new technologies, including artificial intelligence
• Experience with Nexthink or Digital Employee Experience platforms preferred
• Experience integrating monitoring or endpoint analytics tools with ServiceNow preferred
• Experience in environments with formal security, privacy, audit, risk, or regulatory expectations preferred
• Ability to communicate technical concepts, findings, and recommendations effectively
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions
• Ability to use data, critical thinking, and sound judgment to identify root causes and support decision‑making
• Ability to organize complex initiatives into priorities, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and measurable outcomes
• Ability to create technical documentation, operational guidance, and knowledge-sharing materials
