Job summary

IntelligenzIT is seeking an experienced IAM Technical Lead with deep expertise in One Identity Manager (OneIM) to lead IAM transformation initiatives, governance programs, and entitlement remediation efforts across environments.

The consultant will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, driving solution design, validating technical implementations, and providing hands-on guidance within One Identity Manager ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on One Identity Manager experience.
• Experience with OneIM versions 8.x and/or 9.x preferred.
• Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management.
• Experience with entitlement remediation and governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM transformation initiatives and NPA governance across One Identity environments.
• Drive solution design and validate technical implementations in collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams.
• Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship across One Identity Manager environments.
• Bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
