PUMA Gruppe is seeking an Human Resources Business Partner to partner with leaders across the Wholesale organization in DACH and Benelux, supporting the people agenda and organizational effectiveness. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, balancing operational excellence with strategic HR partnership.

Responsibilities include talent and performance topics, workforce planning, succession, development initiatives, and change management to drive growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Several years of HR experience in a business-facing role.
• Solid understanding of talent management, performance management, employee relations and organizational development.
• Fluency in German and English; Dutch language skills are an advantage.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels
• Business-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Fluency in German and English; additional Dutch language skills are considered an advantage.
