Zusammenfassung

PUMA SE seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to collaborate with leaders across the Wholesale organization in DACH and Benelux. You will support people initiatives, drive business growth, and enhance organizational effectiveness through strategic HR partnership.

You will advise managers on talent, performance, and employee relations, support workforce planning and succession, and coach teams to achieve high performance while ensuring compliance and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Several years of HR experience, including partnering with managers in a business-facing HR role.
• Solid understanding of talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills at all levels.
• Business-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluency in German and English; Dutch is a plus.

• Ensure compliance with local labor legislation, HR policies, and company standards in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to provide recommendations and support informed business decisions.

YOUR TALENT

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Several years of HR experience, including experience partnering with managers in a business-facing HR role.
• Solid understanding of talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels.
• Business-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluency in German and English; additional Dutch language skills are considered an advantage.
