About the Role

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Coordinator to support HR service delivery for employees across Germany, including local hires and international assignees. The role will work closely with Regional HR, HR Business Partners, payroll provider, internal stakeholders, and global support teams to ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes, timely HR documentation, accurate reporting, and a positive employee experience. We are looking for professionals with strong stakeholder management skills, a good understanding of German employment practices, and a passion for delivering an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Support HR service delivery for employees across Germany, including local hires and international assignees.
• Work closely with Regional HR, HR Business Partners, payroll provider, internal stakeholders, and global support teams.
• Ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes.
• Ensure timely HR documentation.
• Ensure accurate reporting.
• Contribute to a positive employee experience.
• Drive HR operations, employee engagement, and people initiatives in a dynamic international environment.

Employment Type

Preferably a 2-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position based on performance and business requirements.

Qualification

• 2 to 5 years of experience in HR operations, HR coordination, payroll support, employee lifecycle management, or a similar HR role.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of German employment practices.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of German labour law.
• Knowledge of payroll processes.
• Knowledge of Works Council environments.

Work Location

Onsite role with a hybrid working model.

Working Arrangement

Flexible working hours with an expectation of being in the office 3 to 4 days per week.
