Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM specialist to provide technical/functional support, maintain Redwood UI, and drive AI enhancements across HR systems. You will manage configuration workbooks, ensure QA/test of HR processes, and collaborate with HR professionals to advance HCM capabilities.

Responsibilities include maintaining integrations, handling eligibility batches, and resolving complex HRIS issues.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 5+ or 2+ years of experience respectively.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Fusion modules including Recruiting, Workforce Compensation, Talent Management, and Benefits.
• Experience with Redwood UI and cloud/on-premises support.
• Experience with SQL, OTBI/BIP/FRS, FBDI/ADFDI, BPM workflows, and Fast Formulas.
• Ability to read and decipher log/trace files and determine resolutions.
• Knowledge of external data integration services for Oracle Fusion.
• Experience with security setup and localization knowledge.

• Provide customer service, diagnosis, replication, and resolution for Oracle product service requests.
• Support HCM modules including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Benefits, and Workforce Compensation.
• Read log and trace files and determine problem resolutions.
• Support external data integrations into Oracle Fusion Applications.

Requirements

• Level 3: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree and 2 years of relevant experience
• Level 4: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 9 years of relevant experience or Master's degree and 6 years of relevant experience
• Relevant experience with Oracle Human Capital Management Fusion modules including Recruiting, Workforce Compensation, Talent Management, and Benefits
• Experience working with Redwood UI
• Experience providing support to Cloud and On-Premises customers
• Experience with security setup and knowledge of localizations
• Experience with SQL, OTBI/BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows, and Fast Formulas
• Ability to read and decipher software Log and Trace files
• Knowledge of external data integration services for loading data into Oracle Fusion Applications
• Experience with Federal Clients is helpful
• Must satisfy Selective Service registration requirements where applicable
• H1-B visa sponsorship obtained outside the United States is not provided
