Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials professional to lead and deliver Cloud Expense module implementations for complex client environments in Germany. You will own functional delivery, configure modules, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful adoption and value realization.

With 10+ years IT and 8+ years in Fusion/ERP, you will guide workshops, gap analyses, and testing, while mentoring junior consultants and coordinating onshore/offshore teams.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years IT experience with at least 8+ years Fusion experience and remaining years of Finance/ERP domain experience in Oracle EBS.
• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Finance/ERP Cloud implementation with SCM orchestration.
• Worked in 5 or more Oracle Finance Cloud implementations as a Finance Functional lead consultant.
• At least 3 full implementation cycles as a Functional lead or SME, or at least 3 modules as a SME.
• Implementation/support experience on Cloud Financial Modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, PA, CST, FAH.
• Hands-on experience in a minimum of 5 Cloud Financial Modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, IBY, PA, CST, FAH.

Aufgaben

• Own and stabilize Cloud Expense application delivery across complex client environments.
• Provide hands‑on functional leadership for the Oracle Cloud Expense module.
• Support end‑to‑end expense reporting processes through interaction with HCM, GL, AP, and Payroll.
• Lead Finance Functional activities for Oracle Cloud Financial Applications implementations.
• Provide solutioning, design, configuration, and testing.
• Provide client leadership to drive solution acceptance and adoption.
• Gather business requirements and perform gap analysis.
• Conduct functional workshops and create design and setup documentation.
• Configure solutions and develop business test scenarios.
• Collaborate with technical teams on CEMLI/RICE objects.
• Provide post-go-live production support, including incident tracking, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex cases.
• Advise customers on complex use of Oracle products.
• Lead Datavail and client teams through configuration, testing, and cutover.
• Resolve highly complex and mission‑critical issues.
• Serve as Situation Manager for highly sensitive issues.
• Mentor others to promote technical and professional development.
• Create and review Knowledge Articles

Requirements

• Overall 10+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years of Fusion experience and remaining years of Finance/ERP domain experience in Oracle EBS
• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Finance/ERP Cloud implementation with SCM orchestration
• Worked in 5 or more Oracle Finance Cloud implementations as a Finance Functional lead consultant

• Experience leading onshore/offshore teams
