JOB SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will play a key role in driving HR strategy and organizational change nationwide. You will partner closely with regional business leaders to provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development. Your mission is to align HR initiatives with business objectives while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Partnership:
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, providing strategic HR guidance to support organizational goals across regions.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement talent strategies that drive nationwide business outcomes.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to influence decisions across regions.
- Talent Management:
- Lead talent acquisition, retention, and development programs to align with long-term business strategies.
- Partner with leadership to establish succession plans and identify high-potential employees within the organization.
- Facilitate performance management processes to drive accountability and professional growth.
- Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive nationwide workplace culture.
- Design and execute strategies to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging across all regions.
- Act as a change agent to guide leaders and employees through organizational transitions.
- Policies & Compliance:
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations across all U.S. locations.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent practices nationwide.
- Support audits and regulatory requirements as needed across regions.
- HR Operations & Projects:
- Oversee the implementation of HR projects and programs, ensuring successful execution and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver HR solutions that meet nationwide business needs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Occasionally travel to restaurant locations
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively partner with geographically dispersed teams at all levels.
- Expertise in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Proficiency in HR technology and data analytics tools.
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- Relevant experience in a strategic HR role, particularly supporting multi-region or nationwide business operations.
- Experience in fast-food, quick-service restaurant (QSR), or hospitality industries preferred.
- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English
