Job summary

Sotera Health Company in Wiesbaden seeks an experienced HR Manager to oversee the full employee lifecycle at our site of about 90 staff. You will balance hands-on operations with strategic HR initiatives, from recruitment and contracts to payroll and performance management, while partnering with site leadership on talent development.

Excellent German and English communication are essential, along with strong project management and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in German and English, both written and verbal.
• Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience with supervisory exposure.
• Master’s degree in HR or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and project-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle at Wiesbaden site (recruitment, contracts, payroll, attendance, offboarding).
• Support talent management, performance management and change initiatives.
• Develop HR project plans and report status to GM/HR Director.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and effective internal communications.
• Serve as HR partner to leadership team and manage personnel issues.
