The position requires conducting toolbox talks, overseeing subcontractor safety activities, and reporting to management. Candidates must possess a strong HSE background, preferably in Data Centres, and should have experience working with large clients. Fluency in English is necessary, while German language skills are advantageous.

We are looking for an experienced HSE Manager to join my client on a freelance basis providing a strong safety culture working on the construction in one of the fastest growing industries on an exciting Data Centre Project in Munich.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct toolbox talks, safety walks and conduct risk assessments on site.
• Oversee all safety activities for a subcontractor that work on the roofing, cladding and panels
• Report to the Construction Manager and to the main contractor

Requirements:

• Strong HSE background – ideally within the Data Centre industry
• Experience working with large clients on site
• Must be able to speak English – German is a bonus!!
• An understanding of German Safety Legislation
• Based in Munich or willing to relocate for the contract length
• Onsite full time in Munich – 8/9 hours per day
• Start Date – Late July

Contract Length – 6 Months with option of prolongation
