Nordex Group in Hamburg is seeking an HSE Coordinator Service to support ongoing health, safety, and environmental initiatives within our Service organization at wind turbine sites. You will manage incident reports, follow up corrective actions, and help develop HSE processes and documentation to ensure a safe working environment.

The role requires a technical vocational training background, interest in HSE topics, fluency in German and English, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and follow up on incident reports and corrective actions.

• Process audit findings and track agreed actions through to completion.
• Contribute to HSE projects, e.g. PPE selection and implementation.
• Support HSE document management and maintain records and documentation.
• Collaborate with departments to develop HSE processes and documentation.
• Participate in internal meetings and coordination activities to promote occupational health and safety.

As an HSE Coordinator Service (m/f/d) , you will support the continuous development of occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and HSE standards within our Service organization. You will contribute to incident management, the follow-up of corrective actions, and the further development of HSE processes and documentation, helping to create a safe working environment at our wind turbines.

YOUR TASKS

You manage and follow up on incident reports and the resulting corrective actions.

You support the execution and documentation of incident analyses and accident investigations.

You process audit findings and track agreed actions through to completion.

You contribute to HSE projects, for example the selection and implementation of personal protective equipment (PPE).

You support HSE document management and maintain relevant records and documentation.

You collaborate with various departments to further develop existing HSE processes and documentation.

You participate in internal meetings and coordination activities to promote occupational health and safety.

YOUR PROFILE

You have completed a technical vocational training program and have gained initial professional experience.

You have a strong interest in occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and HSE topics.

You possess very good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications.

You demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and a structured way of working.

You are fluent in both German and English, written and spoken.

You are a reliable team player, work independently, and are able to manage multiple topics simultaneously while maintaining a clear overview.
