HSE Administrator - LNG Terminal Jetty Project

Location: Hamburg, Germany

Project: Construction of the LNG terminal jetty

About the Project

Our client is constructing the jetty for the new LNG terminal in near Hamburg - a critical component in Germany's transition to a sustainable energy infrastructure. This jetty will safely accommodate LNG tankers, enabling the delivery and processing of liquefied natural gas for the German network.

Your Role

As HSE Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Health, Safety, and Environmental performance of the operations on site. You will be the backbone of our HSE documentation and reporting processes, ensuring smooth coordination and compliance across the project.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation (e.g., inspections, incidents, toolbox talks, safety data)
• Support the HSE team in implementing safety procedures and compliance with regulations
• Coordinate and schedule safety meetings and training sessions
• Assist in preparing audits, site inspections, and internal HSE reporting
• Track and follow up on corrective actions and HSE performance indicators
• Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day HSE administrative tasks on site
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an administrative HSE role, preferably in a construction or infrastructure environment
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and safety practices (experience with German regulations is a plus)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
