Bonatti in North-West Germany is seeking a Project HSE Inspector for an immediate start near Düsseldorf to strengthen the HSE team and ensure full compliance with safety standards across site operations.

The role requires daily presence on site and involves inspections, PPE management and enforcing HSE procedures, with a focus on continuous improvement and strong safety culture among contractors.

Qualifikationen

• Consolidated experience as HSE/Safety Inspector in Oil & Gas.
• Internationally recognized HSE qualification (e.g., NEBOSH, BSC, or equivalent).
• Engineering background preferred.
• Fluent English is required; proficiency in German and/or Romanian will be considered a plus

Aufgaben

• Perform on-site HSE inspections, identifying hazards and unsafe conditions.
• Ensure proper use, limitations and maintenance of all required PPE.
• Verify compliance with HSE procedures: Work at Height, Confined Spaces, Lifting, Lockout-Tagout, Emergency Action Plans, Safe Work Permits, Incident Reporting and Hazard Identification.
• Provide follow-up on corrective actions and support continuous improvement activities.
• Communicate effectively with teams and contractors to promote a strong safety culture.

Join our strategic hydrogen infrastructure project in North-West Germany, part of a major national initiative to accelerate the transition to low-carbon industrial energy. We are currently seeking a Project HSE Inspector for an immediate start near Düsseldorf to strengthen our HSE team and support the Project HSE Manager in ensuring full compliance with HSE standards across our site operations.

The role requires daily presence on site.

Responsibilities

• Perform on‑site HSE inspections, identifying hazards and unsafe conditions.
• Ensure proper use, limitations and maintenance of all required PPE.
