Job summary

TB&C Group in Herborn sucht eine/n HR-Spezialistin/HR-Spezialisten zur Verwaltung der täglichen HR-Operationen, Rekrutierung, Onboarding und Payroll-Datenpflege. Sie arbeiten eng mit Geschäftsführung und Mitarbeitenden zusammen und sichern eine reibungslose Personalverwaltung.

Sie beraten zu HR-Richtlinien, unterstützen Weiterbildung, halten lokale Arbeitsgesetze ein und erstellen HR-Reports. Wir bieten ein internationales Umfeld, Teamkultur und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or a related field.
• Experience in an HR role (HR Specialist/Generalist) preferred.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Language skills: German (native), English (fluent).
