Orizon GmbH, in partnership with the Airbus Operations account, seeks a Change Manager (m/f/d) to coordinate change management and communications from Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel. You will identify stakeholders, analyze change impact, and design and execute adoption plans across international projects within the aerospace domain.

The role requires strong experience in change management, PR/communications, Lean and project management, plus fluency in English.

Qualifikationen

• Completed studies in Communication Science, Psychology, Business Administration or comparable.
• Several years of professional experience in Change Management and Public Relations / Communication Management.
• Good knowledge in Lean and Project Management.
• Good skills in MS Power Point and Google Workspace.
• Fluent English skills spoken and written.
• German and French language skills would be a plus.
• Willingness to travel for business one to eight times per year mainly worldwide.

Aufgaben

• Identify and manage key stakeholders for the department's projects.
• Conduct change impact analysis and develop the case for change as the foundation for change and communication planning.
• Design, manage and execute the change and communication plan to support successful adoption and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure clear governance and structure, effective stakeholder and resistance management, strong employee engagement, and sustainable change adoption.
• Advise and consult stream leaders, project core team and the Satair leadership team on how to effectively implement the desired change objectives.
• Consult on projects outside the project portfolio, focusing on stakeholder- and resistance management, change management structure, engaging communication and change adoption.
