Zusammenfassung

Oakleaf Partnership in Munich is seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with leaders and employees across EMEA. You will support local employment practices, ensure German labour compliance, and drive an engaging onboarding experience for new hires.

You will also manage the EMEA Internship Programme, deliver high-quality HR operations, support DEI initiatives, and contribute to employer branding while collaborating across multiple time zones in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

  • Experience in an international organisation supporting local and regional stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of German employment law; exposure to HR across other European countries would be advantageous.
  • Experience in HR advisory, HR operations, or a broad HR generalist role across the employee lifecycle.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively at all levels.
  • Sound judgement and professionalism when handling confidential matters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with HR systems and reporting tools.
  • Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to collaborate across multiple European time zones when required.
  • A proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach to people processes and the employee experience.
  • Fluency in English and German.

Aufgaben

  • Act as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers across EMEA, with a focus on Munich.
  • Provide guidance on local HR policies and German labour legislation while supporting regional activities.
  • Own and enhance onboarding experience for new hires across EMEA.
  • Manage and develop the EMEA Internship Programme from recruitment to completion.
  • Provide high-quality HR operational support across the employee lifecycle.
  • Support Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives and regional programmes.
  • Contribute to employer branding activities and internal communications.
  • Support and lead HR projects and process improvements as required.

Key Responsibilities


  • Act as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers across EMEA, with a particular focus on supporting the Munich office.

  • Provide guidance on local HR policies and employment practices, ensuring compliance with German labour legislation while supporting wider regional HR activities.

  • Own and continually enhance the onboarding experience for new hires across EMEA, ensuring a consistent and engaging introduction to the organisation.

  • Manage and develop the EMEA Internship Programme, delivering an outstanding experience for interns from recruitment through programme completion.

  • Provide high-quality HR operational support across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, HR queries, promotions, reward processes, visas, work permits, and other HR activities.

  • Support Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives by working with employee networks and helping to deliver regional programmes.

  • Contribute to employer branding activities and internal communications that strengthen employee engagement and enhance the organisation’s reputation as an employer of choice.

  • Support and lead HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and wider people-focused programmes as required.


About You

You are an experienced HR professional with excellent stakeholder management skills and a passion for delivering great employee experiences.


You will ideally bring:


  • Previous HR experience within an international organisation, supporting both local and regional stakeholders.

  • Good knowledge of German employment law; exposure to HR practices across other European countries would be advantageous.

  • Experience in HR advisory, HR operations, or a broad HR generalist role across the employee lifecycle.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively at all levels.

  • Sound judgement and a high degree of professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential matters.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
