LTM is seeking a Country HR Lead for Germany based in Frankfurt/Munich or other LTM Germany location. The Country HR Lead for Germany will serve as the primary HR representative for the Germany business, partnering with business leaders to drive people strategy, workforce effectiveness, employee engagement, talent management, and compliance with German labour regulations. The role will act as the bridge between local business needs and global HR practices while ensuring a superior employee experience across the employee lifecycle. This position requires strong German language skills, deep understanding of local employment laws, and the ability to operate in a multicultural global environment.
Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
Provide HR advisory support on organisation design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all people-related matters.
Ensure compliance with German labour laws, works council requirements, employment regulations, and statutory obligations.
Manage employee relations matters, investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Support negotiations and interactions with employee representative bodies where applicable.
Drive performance management processes, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to support hiring strategies and workforce growth plans in Germany.
Facilitate onboarding and integration of new employees.
Lead employee engagement initiatives and action planning based on survey outcomes.
Monitor employee sentiment and retention risks, recommending appropriate interventions.
Champion diversity, inclusion, wellbeing, and employer branding initiatives.
Ensure accurate execution of HR policies, processes, and employee lifecycle activities.
Collaborate with global HR COEs for rewards, learning, mobility, talent management, and HR operations.
Support audits, compliance reviews, and HR reporting requirements.
Support organisational transformation, restructuring, acquisitions, and business change initiatives.
Facilitate communication and stakeholder management during periods of change.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.
Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
8-12 years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP or Country HR responsibilities.
Experience supporting employees and leaders within Germany.
Strong knowledge of German labour laws and employment practices.
Experience working within multinational or global organisations.
Fluent German (C1/C2 level) and English communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
Employee relations and conflict management expertise.
Knowledge of performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professional judgement.
Experience in IT Services, Technology, Consulting, Engineering, or Global Capability Centre environments.
Exposure to works council management and cross-border HR operations.
