Zusammenfassung

UTA Edenred, a leading mobility service provider, seeks an HR Business Partner for Mobility EMEA in the Frankfurt area. You will advise leaders on people-related matters, partner with managers and employees, and support organizational change within a matrix environment.

Responsibilities include HR processes, talent management, compensation cycles and HR projects, while maintaining strong relationships with employee representatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Social Sciences or a comparable field; alternatively, an equivalent professional qualification combined with relevant HR experience
• Several years of professional experience in a broad HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role, ideally in an international and matrix-driven organization
• Sound knowledge of individual and collective employment law and practical experience working with employee representative bodies (e.g. Works Councils)
• Experience in core HR processes as well as organizational change and transformation initiatives; solid knowledge of HR best practices and proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong consulting, influencing and stakeholder management skills, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, with a high level of initiative, accountability, business orientation and discretion when handling sensitive matters
• Fluent communication skills in English and German (C1), any other European language is an advantage

HR Business Partner - Mobility EMEA (all genders) full-time position in our Division Human Resources in the Frankfurt metropolitan area as soon as possible.

Your tasks:
