People Development Expert EMEA (all genders) full-time position in our Division Human Resources in Kleinostheim near Frankfurt as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• You lead HR development initiatives, including training, engagement programs, and career frameworks.
• You act as the main contact for HR projects, working with teams across the organization.
• Senior leadership relies on you to report on project progress, risks, and milestones.
• You track project performance using key metrics and KPIs.
• Your reports provide insights, recommendations, and improvements to senior management.

• You bring experience in HR development, project management, or organizational development.
• Your expertise covers HR best practices, talent management, and performance development.
• Managing projects and working with multicultural teams is one of your strengths.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills help you influence stakeholders.
