Ticket in Frankfurt is seeking an HR Business Partner (all genders) to advise leaders and employees on people-related matters and to support organizational change across the HR lifecycle.

You will work with Works Councils, manage personnel actions, and drive talent, performance, and workforce planning in a matrix international setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, Law or related field, or equivalent HR experience.
• Several years in a broad HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role in international environments.
• Knowledge of employment law and dealings with Works Councils.
• Experience in core HR processes, change initiatives, and HR systems.
• Strong consulting, influencing and stakeholder management abilities.
• Structured, proactive and discreet approach to sensitive matters.
• Fluent English and German (C1); additional languages are a plus.

HR Business Partner - Mobility EMEA (all genders) full‑time position in our Division Human Resources in the Frankfurt metropolitan area as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Advising and partnering with leaders, managers and employees on people-related, organizational and employment law matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Building and maintaining constructive relationships with employee representatives, including managing Works Council matters and procedures.
• Supporting organizational change, transformation and change management initiatives.
• Managing and implementing individual personnel measures in compliance with legal requirements, company policies and corporate governance standards.
• Supporting core HR processes, including talent management, succession planning, performance management, employee development, recruitment and workforce planning.
• Supporting annual compensation and workforce planning cycles and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies and standards.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, supporting audits and compliance activities, and contributing to local, regional and international HR projects.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Social Sciences or a comparable field; alternatively, an equivalent professional qualification combined with relevant HR experience.
• Several years of professional experience in a broad HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role, ideally in an international and matrix-driven organization.
• Sound knowledge of individual and collective employment law and practical experience working with employee representative bodies (e.g. Works Councils).
• Experience in core HR processes as well as organizational change and transformation initiatives; solid knowledge of HR best practices and proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong consulting, influencing and stakeholder management skills, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, with a high level of initiative, accountability, business orientation and discretion when handling sensitive matters.
• Fluent communication skills in English and German (C1), any other European language is an advantage.
