You hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business or Law, several years as HR generalist or HRBP, strong knowledge of employment law, and fluent English and German (C1). Flexible hours and mobile working are offered.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, Law, Psychology, or a comparable field of study
• Several years of professional experience in a broad HR generalist or HR Business Partner role
• Sound knowledge of individual and collective employment law
• Experience supporting HR, organizational change and transformation initiatives
• Highly organized and service-oriented with strong communication, consulting and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (C1)
