Job summary

cellcentric GmbH & Co. KG is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to oversee operational HR processes end-to-end and partner with management on employment law matters. You will collaborate closely with the Works Council and drive talent, performance, and compensation cycles.

The ideal candidate brings several years of HR experience, ER/ERA expertise, and strong German/English communication skills. The role offers flexible hours, remote work options, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• You have a university degree or comparable qualification and several years of HR experience.
• You have several years as HR Business Partner in a tariff-based company with ERA knowledge.
• You understand labor, works constitution, and social security laws.
• You communicate confidently in German and English and are proactive.
• You are experienced with SAP SuccessFactors and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement operational HR processes across the full employee life cycle.
• Advise managers and employees on HR and employment law matters.
• Partner with Works Council on co-determination processes.
• Lead annual talent, performance, and compensation cycles.
• Drive HR projects and digitalize HR processes and tools.
• Support development and sustainability initiatives in HR.

Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for managing and implementing all operational HR processes across the entire employee life cycle
• You serve as a trusted and competent advisor to managers and employees on all HR-related and employment law matters
• You actively foster a constructive and trust-based partnership with the Works Council and support all co-determination-related processes
• You lead the annual talent, performance, and compensation processes and ensure their successful execution
• You take ownership of HR projects and contribute innovative ideas to continuously enhance our people practices
• You drive the digitalization and sustainable development of our HR processes, systems, and tools

Required Experience and Competencies:

• You have successfully completed a relevant university degree or a comparable vocational qualification and bring several years of professional experience in Human Resources
• You have several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a medium-sized, collective bargaining agreement-based company and possess strong expertise in ERA and job evaluation within a tariff-based environment
• You have sound knowledge of labor law, works constitution law, and social security law.You demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and a hands-on mindset
• You are flexible, proactive, and have outstanding organizational skills
• You are a strong team player and value collaborative and trust-based working relationships
• You stand out through your structured way of working as well as your analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and ideally have experience working with SAP SuccessFactors
• You communicate confidently and effectively in both German and English.
