As an HR Business Partner EMEA at SAP Fioneer, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives and empowering business leaders to optimize team performance across the EMEA region (approximately 600 employees). This hands-on, business-focused role requires expertise in transformation and change management, ensuring HR strategies align with organizational goals and growth targets. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders and managers, providing strategic support in key areas such as performance management and stakeholder engagement.

You will be part of a dynamic and growing global HR team, reporting directly to the Head of HR Business Partner EMEA, based in Munich. Working closely with peers across regions and other global HR functional teams such as Talent Management, Corporate Development, and Talent Acquisition, you will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where resilience, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial thinking are essential and rewarded.

Your Responsibilities:

1. HR Partnering: Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
2. Change & Transformation Management: Support organizational changes, restructuring, and cultural initiatives to drive business transformation and innovation. Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on effectively leading their teams through change.
3. Talent Management: Enable managers to identify and nurture high-potential employees, address skill gaps, and manage performance effectively. Drive talent planning and career development initiatives to build stronger teams, retain top talent, and enhance employee engagement. Partner with business leaders to deploy targeted training and upskilling programs, ensuring workforce readiness for future challenges.
4. Culture & Employee Relations: Advise leadership on employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary HR contact for managers in the EMEA region, ensuring seamless collaboration with HR Operations and Centers of Excellence, including Talent Management, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition.
6. HR Projects & Initiatives: Contribute to leadership development programs, people analytics, and organizational design enhancements.

Requirements

1. A university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, with strong analytical and strategic skills.
2. At least 8 years of HR Business Partner experience in an international, high-growth environment—preferably within digital business, management consulting, or multinational companies.
3. Strong expertise in German labor law; international legal experience is a plus.
4. A proactive ownership mindset, result-oriented approach, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
5. Proven experience in advising managers on HR topics and driving change initiatives.
6. Strong multi-tasking skills, a self-starting mindset, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within remote teams.
7. Fluency in German (native level) and English.
