In this role, you have the flexibility to work remotely from any location in Germany.

Role Description:
From the first day as a Consultant Banking Transformation (m/f/d), you will be in a real-life client environment helping companies in the financial services industry to achieve speed, scalability, and cost efficiency through digital business innovation, cloud technology, and solutions that cover banking, insurance, and finance processes end to end.

• Right from the start, you will be deployed as part of the team at critical points in our customer projects and solve challenges according to your expertise.
• Ensure the successful implementation and integration of solutions into the existing infrastructure of banks or insurers.
• Act as a key contributor to both the initial implementation and ongoing development of the platforms and the vertical modules like Transaction Banking and Payment, Commercial Banking, Insurance Management, and more.
• Training and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Bachelor/Masters in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience successfully implementing digital transformation projects; experience within FSI markets is a plus.
• Customer-centric mentality, willing to go the extra mile for the customer.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in teams, with positive interactions with colleagues and customers while solving complex problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
