Zusammenfassung

BIRKENSTOCK is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with leaders across the organization and guide the employee lifecycle in Germany. You will drive workforce planning, performance management, and talent development while ensuring compliance with local HR policies.

The role requires 3–5 years in HRBP, fluency in German and English, and experience with SAP HR systems and SharePoint. Some European travel is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years as an HR Business Partner, ideally in international fashion/lifestyle company.
• Experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development or Organizational Development is a plus.
• Business-minded with strong stakeholder influence and relationship-building.
• Excellent organizational skills and proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; service-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and SAP HR (SuccessFactors is a plus).
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.

Your Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and employees across dedicated office functions, providing strategic and operational HR guidance throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding experience for new employees.
• Own and coordinate workforce planning activities in partnership with business leaders.
• Drive key people processes, including performance management, talent development, salary reviews and succession planning.
• Proactively advise managers on employee relations, organizational changes and people-related topics.
• Lead and contribute to HR projects and initiatives as part of our HR roadmap, with a particular focus on Talent Management and organizational development.
• Use people insights and business understanding to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Foster a positive, engaging and high-performing work environment while ensuring compliance with local HR policies and employment legislation.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within an international fashion, lifestyle or product-driven company.
• Experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development or Organizational Development is an advantage.
• A business-oriented mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships and confidently challenge and influence stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with a structured, solution-oriented and proactive approach to work.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and service-oriented attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including SharePoint, and experience working with SAP HR systems (SuccessFactors is a plus).
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel across Europe as required.
