Zusammenfassung

BIRKENSTOCK is seeking a strategy professional to lead cross-functional workstreams across the EMEA region from analysis through implementation. You will translate market data into actionable insights and drive strategic initiatives for leadership.

Requires a degree in Business/ Economics/ Finance and 3–5 years in strategy roles, with strong analytics, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Growth opportunities and a dynamic, global environment await.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business development, commercial excellence, or related analytical roles in international, fast-paced environments.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders in international matrix organizations.

• Lead strategic projects and workstreams across the EMEA region from analysis through implementation, driving cross-functional alignment and execution.
• Conduct market, consumer, competitive, and business performance analysis, translating findings into actionable insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Support annual strategic planning, quarterly business reviews, leadership reporting, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Develop data-driven recommendations and business cases to support key business decisions.
• Prepare impactful presentations and strategic materials for senior leadership and external stakeholders, translating complex business topics into clear and compelling narratives.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and support the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Support PMO, governance, and project tracking activities.

Your Responsibilities

Your Experience And Competencies

• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business development, commercial excellence, or related analytical roles, ideally in an international and fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders in international matrix organizations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including commercial and financial analysis
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment
• Strong organizational and time management skills, demonstrated by independently structuring, prioritizing, and driving tasks through to completion
• High level of ownership and self-motivation, combined with a proactive, solution-oriented, resilient, and collaborative mindset
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with BI/data visualization tools is a plus
