Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive HR generalist support to Group Directors and their leadership teams
  • Advise and support line managers on employee relations topics, including absence, performance, and contract changes
  • Lead People & Culture projects, ensuring clear objectives, aligned resources, and effective timeline
  • Oversee Talent Management across the full employee lifecycle and develop the learning and development plan based on business needs
  • Support Compensation & Benefits decisions aligned with market competitiveness, internal budgets, and governance
  • Strengthen leadership capability through feedback and coaching
  • Drive employee engagement activities and support action planning across functions
  • Deliver HR updates at team meetings, leadership meetings and town halls
  • Manage the full recruitment process for the client group, including hiring strategy, sourcing partners, interviews, salary negotiations, and cost control
  • Ensure accurate and timely issuance of employment contracts
  • Plan and implement training programs to support organizational capability building

We are looking for two HR Business Partners :

Area of Finance, IT, Legal & Compliance

Area of Business Transformation

Your profile

University degree, ideally in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Psychology

Solid HR Generalist experience or transferable experience in another function

Practical experience in an organisation operating in Germany

Experience in the FMCG sector is an advantage

Practice in a Consultancy environment is a plus

Experience with stakeholders in the area of Project Management is beneficial

Business‑savvy mindset with strong analytical thinking and adaptability

Passion for continuous imprivement and driving change initiatives

Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience

Ability to build strong, credible relationships within HR and across functions

Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deliver on time and within budget

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Living within a commutable distance to Düsseldorf

Willingness to travel to international sites
