Jobbeschreibung

We’re a business navigating a period of transformation and growth, and we know that lasting progress is only possible when the people foundations underneath it are solid. We’re looking for an HR Administrator to be our regional presence in Germany, someone who takes genuine pride in getting the details right and who enjoys being the trusted, go-to person for People and HR matters.

This is a hands-on, varied role covering two connected halves: On the People side, you’ll support the full employee lifecycle for our EU-based population, working closely with, and reporting into, the HR Manager (UK/EU); from onboarding and contracts through to day-to-day queries, payroll inputs, and offboarding. On the office side, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day administration for our Germany offices, keeping things running smoothly for the team based there. You’ll be the face of People and HR ATG in Germany: a proactive, organised self-starter who is comfortable working independently, escalating the right things to the HR Manager, and building trusted relationships with employees at every level.
