Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, room cleaning, or hospitality is preferred.
• Must be reliable, clean, and able to work independently.
• Physically fit and able to lift and move items as needed.
• Team player with a friendly attitude toward guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and bathrooms to high standards.
• Clean and tidy public areas such as hallways and stairs.
• Handle linens and textiles; ensure a ready supply of clean linens.
• Follow hygiene and quality standards at all times.
• Care for equipment and report any damage or repairs needed.
• Assist guests with requests like extra towels or pillows.
• Collaborate with coworkers and other hotel departments as needed.

As of immediately, we have a full-time or part time position available as a Housekeeper (m/f/d) at the Best Western Hotel Brunnenhof.

Job Description

• Cleaning and Maintenance of Guest Rooms: You’ll ensure that our hotel rooms and bathrooms are clean, tidy, and perfectly prepared for the next guests.
• Public Areas: You'll be responsible for keeping our public areas—such as hallways, stairwells, and other guest areas—clean and tidy.
• Linen and Textiles: You will assist with the organization and care of our hotel linens and ensure that there is a sufficient supply of clean linens available.
• Quality and Cleanliness: You have a keen eye for detail and ensure that our quality and hygiene standards are met.
• Caring for Our Equipment: You handle cleaning supplies, work materials, and hotel equipment with care and report any damage or necessary repairs.
• Guest Requests: If our guests have any additional requests—such as extra towels, blankets, or pillows—you’ll be happy to assist them.
• Teamwork: You’ll work closely with your coworkers and other departments at our hotel, lending a hand wherever your help is needed.
