Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Munich, Germany, seeks a Hospitality Lead to own hospitality services, workplace operations, events, and vendor partnerships across our offices. You will lead a local team, manage external vendors, and drive a culture of top-tier service with strong operational leadership.

The role requires 3–5 years in Corporate Hospitality or Workplace Experience, a degree in Hospitality, and fluent English and German.

Qualifikationen

  • Degree or vocational training in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Hospitality, Event Management, or Workplace Experience.
  • Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken).

Aufgaben

  • Define and implement hospitality standards, operational playbooks, and service guidelines across all locations.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, high-profile meetings, VIP visits, and executive events.
  • Establish best practices and audit service quality to maintain a warm, seamless guest journey.
  • Manage day-to-day workplace operations and identify process improvements.
  • Plan and execute workplace events, activations, and engagements that foster a strong office culture.
  • Lead, coach, and empower the local hospitality team and oversee vendor management.

As our Hospitality Lead, you will shape and elevate the daily experience for our employees, clients, and visitors. You will take ownership of hospitality services, workplace operations, key events, and vendor partnerships across our offices - combining a passion for top-tier service with strong operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Hospitality Operations
  • Drive Service Standards: Define and implement high-quality hospitality standards, operational playbooks, and service guidelines across all locations.
  • Flawless Delivery: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, high-profile meetings, VIP visits, and executive events.
  • Continuous Improvement: Establish best practices and audit service quality to maintain a warm, seamless guest journey.
Workplace Events & Process Excellence
  • Operations Oversight: Manage day-to-day workplace operations and identify smart process improvements to keep things running efficiently.
  • Community & Events: Plan and execute workplace events, activations, and engagements that foster a strong office culture.
  • Project Delivery: Hands‑on management of high-visibility workplace initiatives from concept to execution.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
  • Strategic Partner: Build strong, trust‑based relationships with senior leaders, C‑level executives, and cross‑functional teams (HR, IT, Real Estate).
  • Culture Driver: Act as the main ambassador for office culture, helping create a vibrant and engaging workplace environment.
  • Client & Advisor Contact: Serve as the primary contact for client hospitality needs and internal leadership requests.
Vendor & Team Leadership
  • Team Development: Lead, coach, and empower our local hospitality team to maintain a supportive, high‑performance culture.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee external service providers (catering, cleaning, security), managing SLAs, KPIs, and contract performance.
  • Talent Growth: Support recruiting, onboarding, and continuous development of team members.
Budgeting & Regional Strategy
  • Performance & Budgets: Track operational metrics, manage hospitality budgets, and report key insights to upper management.
  • Regional Contribution: Contribute to strategic planning for the DACH / EMEA Central region.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
  • Background: Degree or vocational training in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Track Record: 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Hospitality, Event Management, or Workplace Experience.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and manage external vendors effectively.
  • Skills: Solid project management, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken).

  • Service Mindset: A genuine passion for hospitality with a keen eye for detail.
  • Executive Presence: Confident, polite, and articulate when communicating with senior management and guests.
  • Pragmatic & Strategic: Ability to handle high-level planning while happily rolling up your sleeves when needed.
