Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Intake Nurse to serve as the primary backup for Ennoble Care markets, covering PTO and staffing gaps. You will review referrals, verify Medicare information, and coordinate EMR-based scheduling and education for new staff.

In a remote-capable role, you will mentor market Intake Nurses, develop training materials, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple markets. Travel for in-person sessions may be required occasionally.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years in hospice or home health intake.
• Minimum 3 years working with EMR systems.
• Strong computer literacy across multiple systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience training or mentoring staff (preferred).
• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid verification (preferred).
• Experience across multiple markets within home health or hospice (preferred).
• Active LPN or RN license in good standing; multi-state/Compact preferred.
• Reliable high-speed internet and private workspace.

• Coordinate and schedule clinicians and enter scheduling into the EMR.
• Deliver education and training to newly hired Intake staff.
• Develop training materials and SOPs.
• Serve as SME on intake best practices, regulatory requirements, and EMR functionality.
• Partner with Compliance on process improvements and QA.
• Mentor and coach market Intake Nurses.
• Communicate with market leadership, clinical teams, and Compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings; compliance activities.
• Occasional travel for in-person training sessions or meetings.

• Serve as the primary backup Intake Nurse for all Ennoble Care markets, covering PTO, leaves of absence, and staffing gaps
• Assist market Intake Nurses with overflow referrals and increased workload during high-volume periods
• Receive, review, and process referral and intake information according to company policies and regulatory requirements
• Complete referral and intake forms and route them for admission approval
• Verify Medicare coverage and benefit period information
• Coordinate and schedule appropriately skilled clinicians to fill cases and enter scheduling information into the EMR
• Deliver standardized education and training to newly hired Intake staff across all markets
• Develop and maintain training materials, reference guides, and standard operating procedures
• Serve as a subject matter expert on intake best practices, regulatory requirements, and EMR functionality
• Partner with Compliance on process improvements and quality assurance initiatives
• Provide mentorship and coaching to market Intake Nurses
• Communicate with market leadership, clinical teams, and Compliance
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and compliance activities
• Occasional travel for in-person training sessions or company meetings may be required

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospice or home health intake
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with EMR systems
• Strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate multiple systems and maintain accurate electronic records
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience training, mentoring, or onboarding clinical or administrative staff (preferred)
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance verification processes (preferred)
• Experience working across multiple markets or regions within a home health or hospice organization (preferred)
• Active LPN or RN license in good standing (multi-state or Compact license preferred)
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, private workspace
• Candidates must disclose any current or future need for employment-based immigration sponsorship before an offer of employment is extended
