Our client is seeking a Junior Operations Administrator to join their fast-growing construction SaaS startup. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting daily operational and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth execution of projects and internal processes. The position involves task-based execution under close guidance, providing valuable support to the operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get started with a growing company in the construction tech space.

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in operational systems.

  • Provide scheduling support and coordination with external consultants or internal teams.

  • Support invoicing reconciliation by matching invoices to work performed and flagging discrepancies for resolution.

  • Assist with drafting and organizing contracts, agreements, and other documents as directed.

  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing materials.

  • Support contractor onboarding processes by collecting documentation and updating records.

  • Track activities and maintain accurate records in applicable CRM and ERP systems.

  • Perform other assigned administrative tasks to support operations team priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Basic proficiency in office software tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Asana).

  • Ability to follow established procedures and complete repetitive tasks accurately.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
