Job summary

Evolution Consulting Partners seeks a seasoned technology leader to shape and execute the global IT strategy for a fast-growing tech firm. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive security, reliability, and cost-efficiency across Europe and North America.

You will lead a geographically distributed IT organisation, modernise infrastructure and applications, and partner with senior executives to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Significant senior IT leadership experience in an international, multi-site organisation.
• Strong track record across infrastructure, cloud, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, IAM, integration and ITSM.
• Experience modernising complex technology environments and leading distributed teams.
• Commercial judgement, executive-level communication skills and a focus on measurable business value.

Experience of working in a medium sized fast growth tech / Software firm is a must.

Our mid sized technology client is looking for an accomplished technology leader to lead and further develop their global IT function across Hardware, Software/SAAS focused business units.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape their global IT strategy & operating model while ensuring secure, reliable and cost-effective services across Europe and North America. This is a highly visible role combining strategic leadership, operational excellence and continuous transformation.
