TAKKT Group is seeking a Head of Sourcing to lead and own the sourcing process across all categories. You will manage RFQs, supplier selection, negotiations, contracting and onboarding, while ensuring KPIs for quality, cost, delivery and savings are achieved.

Travel and leadership of the sourcing team are required, with collaboration across Procurement, Category Management and Supply Chain to align priorities and drive transformation. CVs in English are requested.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of global sourcing experience in retail or consumer goods.
• Strong Asia sourcing expertise with travel and knowledge of Chinese suppliers.
• Proven people leadership experience across direct and indirect reporting lines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing across senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and transformation capabilities in procurement.

The Head of Sourcing is a key player in the transformation of our sourcing and procurement approach, leads & owns the sourcing process and outcome, across all categories. Works closely with Heads of Procurement and Procurement Managers to ensure global sourcing strategies are operationally realised. Where You Make An Impact Translate procurement objectives into sourcing strategies and targets across all categories, ensuring alignment with global procurement goals. Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFQs, supplier selection, negotiations, contracting, onboarding, and framework agreements. Oversee sourcing performance, ensuring quality, cost, delivery, savings, and other key procurement KPIs are achieved. Manage strategic supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement of sourcing processes and operating models. Act as the key link between Procurement, Category Management, and Supply Chain, aligning priorities and resolving conflicts. Lead and develop the sourcing team, provide regular management reporting, and travel as required to support business objectives.

What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit

• 10+ years of global sourcing experience, ideally within retail or consumer goods environments.
• Strong Asia sourcing expertise, including regular travel, deep knowledge of Chinese suppliers and business practices, and ideally experience managing a Far East sourcing operation for a European business.
• Proven people leadership experience, with responsibility for leading and developing teams in both direct and indirect reporting structures.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to operate effectively across senior leadership, functions, and matrix organizations.
• Strong analytical and transformation capabilities, with experience leading or contributing to major procurement transformation initiatives.
