Job summary

TAKKT Group in Stuttgart seeks a Head of Sourcing to lead global procurement strategy across all categories and align with the group’s sourcing goals.

You will own end-to-end sourcing activities, manage key supplier relationships, and drive transformational improvements across the procurement function. Regular international travel and team leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of global sourcing experience in retail or consumer goods.
• Extensive Asia sourcing expertise with regular travel and knowledge of Chinese suppliers.
• Experience leading and developing teams in direct and indirect reporting lines.
• Excellent stakeholder management across senior leadership and cross-functional groups.
• Strong analytical and transformation capabilities in procurement.

Responsibilities

• Translate procurement objectives into sourcing strategies and targets across all categories.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities: RFQs, supplier selection, negotiations, contracting, onboarding, framework agreements.
• Oversee sourcing performance KPIs: quality, cost, delivery, savings, and other procurement KPIs.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement of sourcing processes and operating models.
• Act as the link between Procurement, Category Management, and Supply Chain; align priorities and resolve conflicts.
• Lead and develop the sourcing team, provide regular management reporting, and travel as required to support business objectives.
