Your Responsibilities

• Educational, organizational, and disciplinary management of the high school, reporting to the overall school management
• Designing and ensuring educational quality in the high school
• Leadership, motivation, and development of the German- and English-speaking secondary team, as well as active participation in personnel recruitment
• Analysis, evaluation, and further development of teaching in accordance with pedagogical findings
• Implementation and evaluation of data- and AI-supported learning assessments
• Close cooperation with the overall school management, the local management team, school committees, supervisory authorities, and extracurricular partners
• Constructive and trusting cooperation with the works council in accordance with the Works Constitution Act (BetrVG)

Your Profile

• A personality characterized by empathy, strong decision-making and motivational skills, and team orientation
• Qualification to teach at secondary schools or a comparable teaching qualification recognized by the Hessian school authority
• Expertise and experience in curriculum development and quality assurance in the field of school development
• Experience in managing a secondary school or as a deputy head teacher
• In-depth knowledge of personnel management and school administration
• Understanding of the legal and organizational framework for alternative schools
• Team-oriented and motivating leadership style

Our bilingual Phorms School Frankfurt has two locations in the Frankfurt metropolitan area where we educate students from nursery throughto secondary school. At our family-friendly Phorms Taunus Campus in Steinbach, which is surrounded by nature, we provide access to German-English language acquisition for around 700 children and young people, beginning in nursery, using the immersion method.
