EVOLVE Digital GmbH is seeking a Head of Marketing Social Ads (m/f/d) to lead paid social for e-commerce brands. This remote role focuses on strategy, optimization, and scaling six-figure monthly budgets across Meta and TikTok.

You will work closely with clients and the creative team, advancing toward a Paid Social Lead role, with opportunities for team leadership and strategic impact.

Qualifications

Are you passionate about Social Ads and want to scale exciting e-commerce brands with the latest requirements on Meta or TikTok, managing six-figure ad spends monthly? You will be responsible for Paid Social as a key growth channel for our clients, from strategy to daily optimization. You will work closely with clients and our creative team, growing into the Paid Social Lead role over time.

Instead of viewing Paid Social only through the ad, we develop strong customer acquisition offers, produce the ads, and build the funnel to purchase. Your Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: You plan and manage paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok, develop scalable strategies for ROAS, POAS, and CAC, and optimize them daily.
• Scaling and Profitability: You scale accounts to high five- to six-figure monthly budgets, optimize for profitability rather than ad spend, and evaluate all measures based on performance data.
• Creative and Testing: You develop concepts like UGC and Founder Ads with the creative team based on direct-response principles, incorporate them into advertorial copies and scripts, work closely with copywriters on sales psychology, and continuously test hooks, formats, and narratives.
• Clients: You analyze campaign data weekly, conduct client reporting, and provide holistic consulting to your clients, not just at the channel level.
• Area Development: You advance social ads through SOPs and quality management and can take on responsibility for the team and lead it technically if you wish.

Your Role and Resources

You set the direction for ads and funnels and decide what to test, but you won't be alone. For each focus area, you have an expert by your side: Creative Strategist, Copywriting, Graphics, and Video, all in-house.

Your Qualifications

• At least three years of paid social experience as a primary channel, with proven scaling of e-commerce accounts to high five- to six-figure monthly budgets, plus a degree or training in marketing or e-commerce; Meta Blueprint is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of Meta Business Manager, ideally also in TikTok Ads Manager, and experience with tracking tools like Triple Whale, Tracify, or admetrics.
• Understanding of direct-response mechanisms, UGC formats, and Founder Ads.
• Proficient in margins, contribution margin, retention, CAC, and POAS, with practical experience in deriving actionable recommendations from data.
• Experience in client management and independently handling multiple accounts, native-level German, fluent English, self-responsibility, and the motivation to lead a team in the future.
