Job summary

Up Collective Growth Marketing, a Berlin‑based growth and creative agency, seeks a senior growth marketer to scale D2C campaigns across Facebook/Instagram, TikTok and Google Ads. You will manage multiple client projects, build systems, and drive growth at scale with AI‑enabled workflows.

You will work with the Leadership Team, shaping strategy and execution, while staying hands‑on in campaign operations. 45,000€ base salary with a 5% performance bonus, and a flexible remote or hybrid arrangement

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of growth marketing experience in e‑commerce.
• Experience scaling ad accounts to 50k+ monthly spend.
• Based in Germany and fluent German.
• Strategic and hands‑on with AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Be the first port of call for clients, managing meetings, reporting and performance across multiple projects.

We are a fast growing growth & creative agency (upcollective.de) based in Berlin. We provide Search, Social and Creative services to start ups and scale ups with a focus on the D2C ecommerce space. To help our scale up clients acquire new customers through Facebook/Instagram, TikTok and Google Ads we are looking for an exceptional senior growth marketer. The candidate knows these platforms inside out and can run campaigns at scale (50k+ spend / month). We are an e-commerce focused agency so experience in this vertical is a must.

You’ll be working directly with the Leadership Team & Founder, scaling brands and Managing Client Relationships. You’ll be the second Full-time employee so this is not a 9 to 5 job. It is a strategic but also tactical role that requires context switching and rolling up your sleeves. This role has a 45.000€ base salary and variable compensation of 5% in the form of a bonus based performance.

The role can be either fully remote or hybrid (3 days in the Berlin office). We are currently looking for our office space in central Berlin where our Founder is based.

The right candidate will have MOST of the following skills:

• You must be based in Germany and speak fluent German
• You’ve been part of an early stage environment before where you’ve built things from the ground up (scaling ad accounts, systems, operations)
• You have 3-5 years of experience working in growth marketing (for e-comm and apps)
• An expert in Social Ads Facebook & Instagram, TikTok You know these platforms inside out and can run campaigns in your sleep
• Highly analytical and curious, always seeking to understand the why behind the data
• You’re AI native and are at home in Claude Code / Codex and have built your own skills and workflows
• You’re a creative strategist who is always thinking about the next winning ad
• You know what it takes to build high converting creatives and funnels from impression to purchase.
• You understand how to grow a an ad account and are quick to spot opportunities for growth
• Google Ads Experience is a plus
• You are a builder who loves to set up systems and processes from scratch and building an efficient operation
• You understand how things fit together strategically but can also get shit done on a day to day basis
• You’re a natural team player and you leave your ego at the door to help the team achieve the best result
• You’re reliable and always follow up on the things you promise
• You sweat the small stuff and have a strong eye for detail
• You put the clients needs first and recommend the activities that will help them progress as a business
• You’re naturally curious and always trying to understand the why behind the data
• You are open to other people’s opinions and are a natural communicator

You’ll be in charge of a range of tasks:

• You’ll be the first port of call for clients managing all day to day meetings, reporting and performance across 5 projects at any given time
• You’ll be highly involved in building systems and processes that will help run an efficient operation (incorporating AI into workflows from day 1).
• Own the strategy and execution of search and social campaigns across platforms
• Write and manage creative briefs that turn into winning creatives across platforms
• Writing and communicating weekly reports to clients
• Own the test & learn plan that generates insights and unlocks growth
• In time you’ll also be given the opportunity to lead a cross-functional Pod (i.e. a group of marketers, designers and strategists)
