ADVICE Consulting is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to own and scale the growth function for a leading European consumer fintech platform in Berlin. You will be hands-on at first, defining strategy while building scalable growth processes and AI-enhanced campaigns.

Collaborating with product, engineering and leadership, you’ll design attribution, experimentation, and automation playbooks, shaping the future Growth Marketing organization and driving rapid, data-driven acquisition growth.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing or User Acquisition.
• Proven track record of scaling B2C products, consumer apps, marketplaces or subscription businesses.
• Deep expertise in paid acquisition, experimentation, analytics and conversion optimization.
• Experience with modern MarTech ecosystems, attribution and marketing automation.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI tooling and leveraging automation to improve speed, efficiency and decision-making.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building scalable systems.

• Scale customer acquisition across Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliate and emerging growth channels.
• Design scalable growth processes, frameworks and performance marketing playbooks.
• Drive AI-first marketing by integrating modern AI tools and automation into campaign management, experimentation and reporting.
• Continuously improve acquisition funnels, attribution models, tracking and conversion performance.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering and Leadership to unlock new growth opportunities.
• Establish best practices, define scalable structures and help shape the future Growth Marketing organization.
