ADVICE Consulting is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to own the end-to-end growth strategy for a fast-growing consumer fintech platform. You’ll start as an individual contributor, then build the Growth Marketing function with scalable processes and a robust operating model as the business scales.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing or User Acquisition.
• Proven track record of scaling B2C products, consumer apps, marketplaces or subscription businesses.
• Deep expertise in paid acquisition, experimentation, analytics and conversion optimization.
• Experience with modern MarTech ecosystems, attribution and marketing automation.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI tooling and leveraging automation to improve speed, efficiency and decision‑making.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building scalable systems rather than simply managing existing ones.
