Clera is seeking a senior growth leader who will own the full marketing and product-marketing funnel for a fast-scaling European AI SaaS company. You will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for a 7-figure monthly budget, driving revenue growth across global markets.

The role requires proven experience scaling teams in B2B SaaS/PLG environments, with a strategic focus and hands-on execution. On-site in Munich is required, with relocation support available.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position sitting at the intersection of Marketing and Product, reporting directly to the CEO. You will own the full growth funnel for a fast-scaling European AI SaaS company, with direct accountability for over 90% of revenue and a 7-figure monthly budget.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end marketing and product-marketing initiatives spanning brand, demand generation, website, onboarding flow, and funnel optimization.

• Manage full P&L accountability for a 7-figure monthly budget.

• Build, hire, coach, and scale a high-performing global team of marketing leaders and specialists.

• Define the overall growth strategy and key performance indicators, reporting performance results directly to the CEO.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading and scaling a team of marketing professionals in a global marketing or growth leadership role.

• Background in a high-growth B2B or Product-Led Growth (PLG) SaaS company, ideally in the AI space.

• Demonstrated success owning a 7-figure budget and driving measurable growth outcomes across the full funnel.

• Comfortable operating at the strategic level while staying close to execution, KPIs, and team development.

• Able and willing to work on-site in one of the following cities: Munich, Vienna, Barcelona, or London. Relocation support is available.

• Experience at companies of a similar scale and growth trajectory is a strong signal, such as those in the B2B SaaS, AI, or developer-tooling space.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 150,000 to 250,000 EUR annually

On-site. Primary location is Munich, Bavaria, Germany. Additional office locations are available in Vienna, Barcelona, and London. Relocation support is provided.
