Zusammenfassung

STABL Energy in Munich seeks an experienced Head of Finance to build and develop the Finance organization, reporting to the CFO and leadership team. You will strengthen FP&A, forecasting, cash management, and finance processes with a hands-on, strategic mindset.

You will lead a team, partner with Sales, Operations, and Engineering, and drive automation and digitalization across finance. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Finance Management experience.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, modelling, and performance management.
• Experience with cash flow management and working capital.
• Strong analytical and business partnering skills.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with BI and ERP systems.
• Excellent German and English communication skills; ability to build structures in a fast-growing environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, energy, renewable energy, or technology environments is a plus.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field is preferred.

Your Role We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance to build and develop our Finance organization and support STABL Energy through its next phase of growth. Working closely with the CFO and leadership team, you will strengthen financial planning, forecasting, business controlling, cash management, reporting, and Finance processes. This is a business-focused Finance leadership role with significant ownership and the opportunity to shape the future Finance function at STABL.

Your profile
