Zusammenfassung

STABL Energy is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to build and lead the finance organization, reporting to the CFO and working with the leadership team. You will own FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash management and reporting, while shaping a scalable finance function for the next growth phase in a fast-moving energy technology company.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of FP&A, corporate finance or finance management experience.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, modelling and performance management.
• Experience with cash flow management and working capital.
• Analytical with ability to turn data into actionable insights and partner with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and with Excel; BI and ERP systems.
• German and English communication; strategic, hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field preferred.

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance to build and develop our Finance organization and support STABL Energy through its next phase of growth.
Working closely with the CFO and leadership team, you will strengthen financial planning, forecasting, business controlling, cash management, reporting, and Finance processes. You will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and use financial insights to support better business decisions across the organization.
This is a business-focused Finance leadership role with significant ownership and the opportunity to shape the future Finance function at STABL.

Your mission

• Lead FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and financial modelling
• Build transparency around business performance through meaningful KPIs, reporting, and profitability analysis
• Act as a Finance Business Partner to Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and the leadership team
• Own cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital management
• Support the CFO with management and board reporting, fundraising, financing activities, and strategic finance topics
• Drive the development, digitalization, and automation of Finance processes, systems, and reporting
• Lead and develop the Finance team and help shape a scalable Finance organization for STABL’s next stage of growth

Your profile

• 7+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Business Controlling, or Finance Management
• Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance management
• Experience with cash flow management and working capital
• Strong analytical and business partnering skills, with the ability to turn financial data into actionable insights
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Strong Excel skills and experience with BI and ERP systems
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent German and English communication skills and the ability to build structures in a fast‑growing environmentExperience in manufacturing, industrial, energy, renewable energy, or technology environments is a plus.
  A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
