As Head of Inverter Technology, you will take full ownership of STABL’s Battery Control System platform, leading a cross-functional team of firmware, hardware, and testing experts. You will guide the team in building reliable, high-performance systems that make energy storage smarter and safer—while developing people, not just products.

Your Role

• Lead and scale the BCS Product Team, enabling rapid, coordinated development across embedded systems, electronics, and test automation
• Support decision-making, resolve conflicts, and create alignment across functions as a force-multiplier for the team
• Mentor squad leaders and help grow new technical leaders within the team
• Foster a culture of clear ownership, pragmatic execution, and strong technical standards
• Ensure our control systems are ready for the field, certification, and real-world impact

Your Profile

• Strong leadership experience in technical environments—ideally within embedded systems, power electronics, or battery systems
• Engineering background with a systems perspective and delivery mindset
• Ability to build trust quickly and navigate ambiguity confidently
• Proven success in building high-performing, self-managing teams
