Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a highly capable Financial Controller to lead day-to-day finance operations across the Group. The role ensures integrity of financial reporting, robust controls, and insightful analysis to support strategic decisions.

It also involves developing the finance team and driving financial performance in a hospitality/retail multi-site environment. The position offers hybrid working (1-2 days remote) with a salary of 80-85k plus benefits and potential progression into an FD

Qualifications

• Qualified or QBE Finance professional with team management skills.
• High degree of commercial awareness.
• Preferably with experience in multi-site hospitality or Retail.

Description

We are seeking a highly capable Financial Controller to lead the day-to-day finance operations across the Group.

This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, maintaining robust financial controls, developing the finance team, and providing insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, improving processes and systems, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, and supporting the CFO and wider leadership team in achieving business objectives.

Profile

Qualified or QBE Finance professional with team management skills, a high degree of commercial awareness, preferably with experience in multi-site hospitality or Retail

Job Offer
