We’re building one of Europe’s fastest-growing marketplaces in the automotive sector digitising an industry that remains fragmented, operationally complex and heavily dependent on physical infrastructure. We’re now hiring our Head of Engineering.

We’ve created a seamless online experience for a process that has traditionally been slow, opaque and frustrating.

The model is working. We’ve raised a significant seed round, our revenue and user base are growing rapidly, and we’re expanding into new European markets.

Now we’re entering a defining phase.

We’re doubling the size of our engineering team and preparing our platform for a significantly larger business. The technical and organisational decisions we make today will shape the company for years to come.

We’re looking for a Head of Engineering who wants to build that future with us.

This is much more than a team-management role. You’ll work directly with the founders to shape our technology, product and company strategy. You’ll define how our architecture evolves, build an exceptional engineering culture and turn a talented early team into a high-performing organisation.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has helped scale engineering within a fast-growing technology company
• Can move comfortably between architecture, product, people and business
• Knows when to build for the future and when to prioritise speed
• Enjoys developing great engineers and raising the standard of execution
• Remains close enough to the technology to lead important decisions
